Update on cyber attack #4 (February 3, 2025)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have worked tirelessly to resolve the challenges caused by the cyber attack targeting us and have made significant progress over the past weekend. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our team and partners, we now expect our operations to return to normal within the next few days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are ensuring the security of our systems in the best possible way so that we can provide a stable and safe working environment for our employees, customers and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update on cyber attack #3 (January 31, 2025)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are now carefully restoring our operations. While some systems may still be limited, we are making steady progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Security is our top priority, and we are implementing new measures to prevent future incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are actively working to resolve the cybersecurity incident and our team is fully committed to this effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our investigation has revealed a potential breach involving the personal data of employees in Finland. We understand your concerns and are taking all necessary steps to improve security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All business-critical data is stored on our ERP system and is not linked to any of the servers that were attacked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We appreciate your patience during this time and will provide further updates as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update #1 (January 29, 2025)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ferroplan has experienced a cybersecurity incident. We are actively investigating the situation with our internal and external cybersecurity experts to determine the full extent of the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We take this matter seriously and have reported the criminal attack to the relevant authorities, including the police. Our priority is to restore complete security and functionality as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We regret this situation and appreciate your patience. Updates will be provided on our webpage and social media channels. Thank you for your understanding and trust as we work diligently to resolve this matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
