Antti Rousku, CEO of Ferroplan Oy, is moving on to new challenges. The Board of Directors thanks Antti for his significant contribution to the company’s development and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Board has appointed Kimmo Piispanen<\/strong>, Ferroplan\u2019s Chief Operating Officer (COO), as Interim CEO. Piispanen has played a central role in Ferroplan\u2019s management team and has a deep understanding of the company\u2019s operations, customers, and personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commercial Director Jeroen Hinnen<\/strong> was appointed deputy CEO at the same board meeting. Hinnen has been a key figure in Ferroplan\u2019s international growth and commercial development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These leadership appointments aim to ensure the consistent execution of the company\u2019s strategy and maintain operational continuity during the transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ferroplan remains fully committed to serving its customers and would like to thank all clients and partners for their trust and continued cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
